About Us
nestled in the mountains of North Central Pennsylvania. Brad and Kristyn Bireley fell in love with the
beauty of the area, and moved from the Philadelphia suburbs over 10 years ago in search of a simpler life.
Brad’s passion for photography began in 1973 with the purchase of his first camera. Four years later,
Brad was photographing weddings, family portraits and baby portraits. After the move north, Brad’s love
of the outdoors took over and he concentrated on his nature photography and different endeavors in the
fly fishing business.
In 2003, however, yet another passion came into Brad’s life-his daughter was born. With her birth came a
new perspective on the value of family, and the importance of preserving as many precious moments as
possible. Brad wiped the dust off his portrait equipment, and without even yet realizing it, B. A. Bireley
Photography had begun.
We believe that God has created and gifted each person uniquely. Our desire is to capture that essence in
each and every portrait.
